cookbook collectors

I'd love to know ladies and gents, favorite cookbooks. Or at least, your most go-to ones, if that's the case. I've got a bunch. I kind of favor Gooseberry Patch and Taste of Home. I think I'm almost at my limit of needing them, until I seem to see another one that peaks my interest.
