I'm a from scratch baker, but I don't mind the occaisional short cut. I found a ghirardelli

double chocolate crackle cookie mix, and it's super. These are the cookies that you roll in 10x

sugar before you bake them. These cookies turn out perfect and they taste divine !! All you add

is oil and eggs, it even includes the 10x sugar.

@QVCkitty1

Thanks for the heads up!

I prefer scratch cooking too, but in a pinch. we love the Ghirardelli brownies with the chocolate ganache on top!

We'll try these for a quick dessert! Thanks for sharing!

Re: chocolate crackle cookies

They are AWESOME. I made some, from scratch since I haven't seen this mix, but I love their brownie mix, for a charity bake sale at work. They are like a little rich cookie/brownie. Perfect with a great cup of coffee or ice cold milk!

Thank you for that info.  My post will be a bookmark for further reference.  I don't bake, but I could probably make some cookies using a mix.

Re: chocolate crackle cookies

This sounds like something even I could make . . . are these mixes in regular grocery stores or do I need to look elsewhere for them (you can tell how much time I spend in the baking aisle) . . . many thanks for any help finding this mix!
