When I took a nutrition class at the local hospital, the teacher told us to try to limit sodium to 500 mg per meal. Frozen prepared foods are usually quite high, sometimes 800 mg and up for a small dinner.
The only things I've noticed in the food department on QVC which are healthy are the nuts and those tangerines they have sold in the past (or were they oranges?). Bagels are ok but too carby for many.
