The old, original cast iron, the Technique porcelain enamel cast iron cookware sold earlier by Q, and the newer lightweight cast iron cookware...do you think these are interchangeable? Would a recipe written for one (your grandma's cornbread recipe, for example) work in the other two? Would changes need to be made in time or temperature or anything else?
