bacon on Ninja outdoor grill

I LOVEHeart.... truly LOVE... this machine!! I use it several times a week--mostly for cooking meat and fish, but have cooked other things too. This week I put bacon on the grill--it's been hot here in western WA so I try to not turn on the stove/oven. We had blt's  for dinner--- The bacon turned out amazing!! Put the strips on the cold grill then turned it on to preheat , on high for 3 minutes---but by the time it beeped at me to add the food--the bacon was done. Perfection!!! Now I buy bacon from the meat case so it is thicker than packaged. Seems to not have as much grease from it either. And is golden brown and not crunchy---YUM!!!

DH makes bacon on his Made-In griddle on his grill or Pit Boss.

He made some a couple hours ago. We had it with a slice of French Toast with warmed maple syrup.
