another first using my airfryer---delicious!!

I have had my Instant Pot brand airfryer-6 qt-- for a few years now, use it often and LOVE it!! Last night I had a pork tenderloin and found a recipe for the airfryer  and WOWWWW!!! Was it a good one!! I do use it for other meats--chicken, turkey, meatballs and salmon--all turn out great, but the pork--was amazing!!! Had a pretty good seasoning rub to coat it with and prob will not cook it as directed by a few minutes--was just a touch over done---but it is a keeper. Made mashed spuds, green salad, fresh straw/blue berries--DD was thrilled to take what was left--not much but enough, for lunch. Pork has been off our menu for awhile--just because it gets kind of a porky taste/smell the next day---but this did not. And compared to beef--way more kind to the budget.
