Just wondering if anyone who has ordered a KitcheAid from QVC has had problems with it. I bought one for my mom as an early Christmas gift and we set it up yesterday. I must say, I was really disappointed in the quality of it. I got her the silver metallic and on one side there was black scuffs on it, not enough to where I would send it back, but as expensive as they are, it should not be that way. And also laying in the box is a pin that is suppose to go in the base where there is an empty hole on both sides, the pin is suppose to slide thru, (I don't know if it was suppose to come with it out or not) and when we try to put it in, it will only go half way, it won't slide clear through. I hope all of this is making sense. And also when you would tilt and lower the mixer it felt loose, mine does not feel that way. I'm going to call KitchenAid in the morning, tried calling yesterday and it said they were closed. I have a KitchenAid, my husband bought for me about 10 years ago and have never had a bit of trouble with it, but it did not come from the Q. I must say I am starting to be very disappointed in QVC's quality. It seems like the last few things I bought from them, we have had problems with. I know I will not be buying anymore Christmas gifts from them. I would just like to know what everyone else thought of their mixer if they have one?
