I like to use the Costco Chicken Bone Broth for cooking because it has healthy protein and collagen in it and it tastes great.

@goldensrbest

Do you have Wegman's???

Their own brand of stock is fantastic.

It has richer, deeper flavor than any broth.....and way LESS sodium than Swanson's Low Sodium broth.....and way less than Better than Bullion less sodium versions, which are hard to find.

Wegman's stocks are not even labeled as low sodium but compare the nutritional info.

Comes in a nice size full carton with a resealable lid.

I agree so much salt in better than bouillon.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

Look around, there are No Added Salt varieties.  Still have a small amount from the meat, but is low.

Salt isn't good for your bones either.  My goal per day is 1,500.

I use any organic, low sodium broth--sometimes make my own if I have a chicken carcass but mostly use Better than Bouillon

Better Than Bouillon is my go-to as well, especially since it lasts so long in the fridge and therefore is always ready when I need it. When buying in cartons, I typically just go with the Kroger brand, which I feel has a very nice flavor and usually has a very nice price as well. America's Test Kitchen recommends the College Inn brand, which I also like, but I have to order it on Amazon because only one store in my area carries it (and then only sometimes).

P.S. If you're interested in reviews beyond these boards, there are dozens of websites and cooking groups that have compared packaged chicken broth in detail online; I know because I read through tons of the info at the beginning of the summer when I was trying to avoid making a big batch of my own broth to freeze.  Smiley Wink

I use the one from Sam’s when I don’t make my own. It’s on sale right now. It’s probably not good on sodium though.

Anything but College Inn.  I can't get past the smell of it.
