It's Corelle but I have no idea of the pattern name.  Every piece is white and has a cobalt blue rim and the dinner plates have small cobalt blue flowers on them.  I've had this set 25 years or more.  I've been thinking about changing to a square design plate w/ matching pieces.  I'd be OK with my Corelle except I'm not a flower person.  I'd definitely keep it if the plates only had the rim in cobalt blue rather than the flowers.
