I'm another who doesn't have a stomach clock that dictates what sounds good when. 
I don't like stuff like eggs, yogurt, pancakes, or much of that breakfast food type stuff. I'll take the meat and potatoes, though.
Mexican food is one thing that I enjoy for breakfast. I don't do 'hot', though, just flavor. Pizza is good, too.
A lot of times I just eat a half a sandwich or toast for breakfast. Sometimes I've cooked up a batch of brown rice so I'll eat some of that with butter and s&p.
Sometimes my two Pinwheel cookies a day (my favorite junk food thing that I must have) is my breakfast
so I eat those with something small and protein like a cheese stick or slice of another cheese. If I eat sugary junk I often put a protein with it and make sure I drink plenty of water. Don't wanna gain weight.
