Re: Your Favorite Mayonnaise...

[ Edited ]

My favorite is Cain's LIght, sencond favorite would be Hellmans.  I almost always mix the two together.  I use like 2/3rd's Cain's Light and 1/3 Hellmans.  The reason for this is I find Hellmans to be a little to salty.   I use this for potato salad and tuna fish salad and then for egg salad I always use Miracle Whip.

Re: Your Favorite Mayonnaise...

Thru the years I've used Kroger mayo, Sauers, and Miracle Whip, but now everyone's favorite is Hellmans.

My vote is for Hellman's.  For what it's worth to the debate, Miracle Whip is not mayonnaise, it doesn't contain enough oil to qualify.

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.

I 'm not a big fan of mayo, but when I must use it , it's Hellmanns.

I used only Hellman's Light for years. Now my favorite is Kraft Mayo with Olive OIl. Love the flavor and it's a little lower in fat than regular mayos.

Sauer's makes a mayo under their company name, they also make Duke's.  Both are good.

I was thinking that so many companies have gobbled up other companies it would be hard to find original mayo these days but not so.

Sauer purchased Bama brands, I like Bama mayo because it has barely a touch of lemon juice for a hint of tang.

No one has mentioned Kraft, probably for good reason.

My favorite is whatever is on sale, but I prefer Bama.   Hellman's is OK too.

I don't know for sure, but I think Kraft makes Kroger mayo.
