I tried Jordan's Flavored Skinny Syrups for awhile until I realized they're made with sucralose. I am a little picky about my sweeteners and prefer to avoid sucralose as much as possible. I normally use stevia for my coffee or tea. I buy a lot of flavored beans and grind them myself. My first mug of coffee in the morning is always the best one. It's usually Bones Strawberry Cheesecake with stevia and MCT Oil, whipped to incorporate the oil. Sometimes I'll switch things up and choose another flavor. After that, it's as the mood strikes, but all have stevia added. MCT oil only goes in the first mug.
I get a lot of my beans from Bones Coffee Company and most of them have goofy names:
Strawberry Cheesecake
Frog's Breath (chocolate mole)
Berry Chocolate Stardust (berries & white chocolate)
Toffee Treasure
Brownie from Beyond (caramel brownie)
Ruff Weather (oatmeal cream pie)
The Pumpkin King (pumpkin pecan praline)
Highland Grog (butterscotch & caramel)
Salty Siren (sea salt caramel mocha)
S'morey Time (s'mores)
Sinn-O-Bun (cinnamon roll)
Mint Invaders from Chocolate Space (mint choc. chip)
Meijer -
Michigan Cherry
The Blueberry Store -
Blueberry (reg. and decaf)
Papa Nicholas -
Hazelnut Cream
I always have strawberry cheesecake, Michigan cheesecake, blueberry, caramel, and hazelnut, but also a random assortment of six others. Bones is pricey so I need to start shopping for replacements.
DH only drinks regular coffee.
I plan my food daily and track macros. Sometimes, if I need the extra fat on a particular day, I'll make myself a perfect mug of bulletproof coffee. When I sit down to enjoy it I want no interruptions. That's an indulgent experience and treat for me.
Teas -
I like the Harney & Sons brand but mostly drink tea in the fall and winter.
Hot Cinnamon Spice
Paris
African Autumn
Tower of London
Holiday Heritage
White Christmas
I sweeten my tea with stevia too.

@amyb wrote:Tea..."Black Tea", Asaam is my favorite, for it's rich, deep, bold, smooth flavor. I like it the "English teatime" way...just milk and sometimes a bit of sweet (English use sugar cubes but I usually put a bit of Manuka honey.)
Coffee...not a Starbucks fan.
I like plain ole coffee...like the Green Mountain type most gas stations have...just cream.
I also will drink Folgers instant at home and I really like Folgers Hazelnut brewed.
I also bought bf the Nespresso machine last Christmas and I enjoy that as well...black. My favorite way is to have that the Italian way, a lemon twist and bit of Annisette liquour in it.
@amyb Welcome!🥰 I LOVE❤ a good ole' cup of black coffee also at times!😊 I was not aware of the Italian way to drink tea, so THANK you SO much for sharing it!🤗

@SandySparkles - I don't drink coffee. Neither does DH! And we both grew up with coffee loving parents! You didn't even talk to my mom in the morning until she'd had her second cup!
I love tea! My favorite is from a small place near us. I live the seasonal blends, but my favorite is Kyoto Rose.
But my VERY favorite is one I grew up with, SWEET TEA!
I still drink it whenever I can. I know it's not great for me, but I don't have it every day, and definitely not on weekends- or I'll be up all night! LOL!

Hi @SandySparkles That "Italian way" was for the black espresso coffee, (not tea)...with the lemon peel and a little anise liquor.

@amyb Welcome back!🥰 My apologies, but I have cognition issues, and sometimes get things a little confused. I read it again and have egg on my face!😁
THANK you SO much for caring to revisit and share the update!🤗
