Your Dinner Time So You Won't Be Hungry Again?

We generally don't eat dinner until 7:30.  Sometimes I have to stand on my head to get him in the house from the outdoors.

I never get hungry before bed, although, chocolate is always nice.  I try to keep from buying any!

I eat at 7 or 7:30 whether eating in or dining out.  My weakness in the summer is homemade ice cream!

Re: Your Dinner Time So You Won't Be Hungry Again?

We eat between 5:00 and 5:30 everyday.  Gets me out of the kitchen early and hoperfully helps our waistline.  I think age and retirement has alot to do with dinner time.  When we worked we didn't eat until about 7:00, now that we're retired that has changed.  We do have an ice cream bar or some fruit for dessert about 7:30.  So much for the waistline, right?

I think it depends on what you eat too. If I eat a meal that is really high in carbs I tend to get hungry before I go to bed and I wake up starving the next morning.

If I eat a high-protein dinner, meat and low-carb veg or salad I don’t get hungry and I’m not that hungry when I get up in the morning.  I eat early 530 to 6 PM and I don’t eat anything after 7 PM

We eat around 7-7:30 in the summer and 6-6:30 in the winter. We get too busy with the longer days to eat earlier.

I can't eat late.  First, I get too hungry to wait until late.  But, also, I don't like being full later in the evening.  I prefer to eat between 5:30-6:30.

I don't like eating too late. I haven't done it for many years.
