@stonecollector- That doesn't seem right.  If you ordered it as the TSV and they then offered it with free shipping, the fact that the price has now gone up, along with S&H, shouldn't matter.

 

You can at least email the moderators to see if they can refund you the S&H.  I could see if you didn't order while the offer was in place, but to have ordered as the TSV before?  I wouldn't take the word of the first CS rep I spoke to.  The mods can check your order and decide what is right.
