Leah, just introduced some new person vendor to QVC who was selling chicken vegetable patties, well my hubby did not get the sku# . I looked and the item is not listed on today's show 5pm eastern . i looked through chicken patties listed and the item is not coming up on the website .i told my husband to bad

@skatting44   when an item sells out, QVC takes it off the website -- no photo, no description or even a name.  

This chicken & veggie burgers sold out.  I'm sorry you missed them.

This chicken & veggie burgers sold out.  I'm sorry you missed them.

I don't think that is accurate all the time.  I recheck lots of items that sold out and I can still see everything.  Just says this item is sold out.

when I called  CS they were able to place an order for me , even though  somrthing in their system said sold out . it was a brand new item from a brand new vendor ....

hope they are good as they are pricy .

@RespectLife  OK, good to know, thank you.

I often look back at my own purchases within a 30-day window to see if the price has dropped, so I can get a price adjustment.  Many times I've seen my item sold out, and no information or photo at all on the page.  

But I guess that's not always the case.
