Why is there no "cancel" button on Paula Deen's pc

Shouldn't there be one in case you feel you need to check on it, or maybe you've just changed your mind aboutr the time?

Paula Deen doesn't work here anymore.

Yes I'm aware of that, however I am asking about the pressure cooker, shouldn't there be a "cancel" button on it somewhere?

Is there a reason I am not allowed to ask a question around here? How else does one learn about things that some of us are clueless about? I am not a very good cook and I need to learn all I can from others.

You can absolutely ask any questions here.  However, the product you're seeking answers about is not a product being sold on the Q.  Perhaps you could check out the description on Evine's site or address your questions about it there.

@gulf coast girl

Almost everyone asks questions about products not sold here.  Lots of people here are kind with great info,  insite and sometimes get the answers with good advice to go along. Totally understand you coming here for help.

Don't do pressure cookers and have watched the presentations and can't help but wanted you to know that I learned something from your question.

Thanks for posting it.

@gulf coast girl, I thought so too.. I figured maybe I missed something in the presentation, since I didnt see the whole thing..The  glass lid also seemed  counter intuitive in a pressure cooker...

Neither do Bob Warden, Laura Weathers, Bob Bowersox, Virginia Olsen, Wolfgang Puck, Ming Tsai, Curtis Stone etc,  etc, but I have honestly never seen any one give such a response to the posters who  bring THEM up!

I believe the question was in regards to not being able to cancel or make changes in orders on another site, not who did or did not appear on QVC anymore.  As far as the question, I noticed many items ordered as soon as placed shiw in process and no changes can be made online.  I have called CS to make changes I can not make online.

During the show, they often opened the PC before it was done and PD mentioned being able to add ingredient.  You need to depressurize it by pressing and holding the steam release button.  Once the pressure is released the PC can be opened.

sometimes when a product is being shipped off site -  here or elsewhere -  the order goes directly there for processing  when placed and opportunity to cancel just isn't there.  i don't know if that is the case here - but usually you have 12 - 24 hrs to cancel over there under normal circumstances.
