I just don't like to eat things that have anything that resembles a seed on the outside of it...and that includes dill pickles in a jar with those seed things floating around. NO. If a bread is made with seeds in the dough part, then that's fine. But sprinkled on the outside...NO. I don't like the feel of them inside my mouth.

I have to admit.....I have a LOT of dental work.......and those seeds are a pain........especially in a restaurant, and it's kinda crude to stick your finger in your mouth (!!)

I have diverticulitis and am not supposed to eat seeds. Some places don’t have buns without them, I don’t go there.

There should be a choice,

Most seeds and nuts have a high content of the arginine amino acid. If I eat too many things that are high in arginine then it triggers my cold sores to come out. That virus loves arginine. So I have to limit my diet of seeds and nuts which is too bad because I love nuts, not seeds...chia seeds are the worst.

to annoy me, and irritate my colon.   I don’t buy seeded buns.   I toss the seeded bun on a Big Mac, and use the middle bun as my top bun.   I’m weird and am quite okay with it.

love seeds and "stuff" on the top of my buns and some of my breads.

sesame seeds, poppy seeds, oatmeal, spelt, caraway seeds, rye seeds, grains

Love sesame seeds on pretzels too. So good.

Love sesame seeds on anything and everything (sesame candy) - yes they do bounce all over the place when you bite into it - but so good. Disklike poppy and caraway seeds.
