Why Didn't Someone Warn Me TT Is Habit Forming?

Well I have to admit I'm getting addicted to Temp-tation collecting. I started out with just Old World Yellow. Now I've added some OW Spice, harvest and a couple pieces of brown. Suddenly the Floral Lace is calling my name! How do you all resist? Help! The Cardinal pattern is so pretty........

I can see how TT can be habit forming. So much so, that I can't even decide which pattern to purchase. I love them all, so I've not ordered any yet! However, I do eye things in my kitchen, trying to figure out what I'd part with, to accommodate some TT pieces.Wink

This is such a wise approach to collecting TT at this point in their production, for two reasons. Some lines have much more problems than others with quality control and breakage. The polka dot pattern seems to be one of the stronger ones, with less problems posted here and on Facebook, but that could be because it has much less offerings, therefore less problems.

Also, Tara keeps coming out with new things, and while many of them will complement other patterns/colors, you get to a point after years of collecting where you have so much it is hard to manage, but you still want more!! By waiting this long, you are getting to see the different styles and patterns and can make a more "informed" choice than those of us who dove in head first from the very beginning. It is a wild ride! Have fun choosing and collecting!

My daughter-in-law is addicted to TT, but she sets a beautiful table and it is a joy to see the pleased and happy look she gives us when she hosts her dinners. My son says she is going to need a 12 step program to stop buying temptations. LOL. So nice to see others are also in her corner, I think she has everything they make.

She just has good taste! I think a table looks so pretty set with Temp-tations.
