Since broken cookies have zero calories, I think I will smash my bag of Chips Ahoy and start muching and crunching and not feel guilty!

@luvzchiz My family always ate peaches and cheese and crackers over the sink!  LOL!!!  My husband always thought it was funny--now he does it too!

 

And cold roast beef snagged out of the fridge is another favorite "over the sink" delicacy!

@IamDoodles Hmmm.  If you put 'em on ice cream does that make it calorie free too?  Or just half the calories?  Oh the math!

That as always been my rule for broken pieces to crumbs falling all around, cake cookies anything I love.


Well, broken cookies may have no calories, but cake is another story!

@sabatini SO SO true!  We called it "silvering" a cake.  Or a pie.  Or brownies.
