Whole peeled tomatoes - What do do with them?

I know there are a million uses! I have a very large can and would love to find something quick and easy and maybe a little different from the usual stuff. ("Usual stuff" suggestions are welcome too!) TIA!! {#emotions_dlg.sleep}
