I like Bacardi gold with eggnog. Captain Morgan is also a good choice.

My favorite way to fix it is over ice, half glass eggnog first, rum, then fill the glass with coke.

I like dark rum with egg nog, but there's no such thing as bad rum.

I wouldn't waste your money on Bacardi, much better brands out there for the same price. Mt Gay and Kraken are both popular this season, Captain also has more spices than Bacardi.

A good alternate for eggnog is Bailey's Vanilla Cinnamon!

I think they taste the same. You use dark in cokes so it doesn't look watered down. You use the clear for colored drinks where the brown would not look good.

I would think in egg nog, either would be ok.
