I was a chocoholic for many years ! ( actually I still am) as a young girl I loved hershey chocolate bars, hostess chocolate cupcakes, peanut butter cups etc. Having diabetes Type 2 changed my chocolate diet big time !!
However it had to be done for my health's sake. I still love chocolate but I satisfy my sweet tooth with diabetic friendly chocolates in limits. My favorite is from the No Sugar Company called no sugar peanut butter cups, chocolate mint cups and chocolate fudge cups. I also love the Brand Halo Top low sugar ice cream and keep a cup in my freezer. Every now and then I will eat one spoonful. Yum !! These are my favorite chocolate desserts.
@Goodie2shoes Welcome!🥰 I SO appreciate that you shared the name of these low / no sugar, healthy indulgences! Anyone watching their waistline or with glucose intolerance will likely appreciate it as well!😊
I had not had a Hershey bar in many sunsets, but had to help eat leftover Halloween candy and REALLY enjoyed them. They tasted as good as I remember!😊
THANK you SO much for caring to share!🤗

I love chocolate covered peanuts. Used to buy them all the time at the Sears candy counter.
Coke (regular) is my favorite pop.
For chocolate dessert is chocolate cake with chocolate icing. But pecan pie is my all time favorite dessert.

Favorite decadent recipe to make, It's absolutely delicious and soooo simple and fast to make but looks and tastes so fancy.
We serve with vanilla ice cream. So simple I included the recipe....
Chocohoto pots:
Servings: Makes 4 servingsIngredients
- Butter for ramekins
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup superfine or regular sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
DirectionsPlace baking sheet in an oven preheated to 400°. Butter four 2/3-cup ramekins and set aside.
Using a microwave oven or double boiler, melt together the semisweet chocolate and the butter. Set aside to cool.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and flour. Add cooled chocolate mixture, and mix until blended.
Divide mixture evenly among ramekins and place on baking sheet. Bake until tops are shiny and cracked and chocolate beneath is hot and gooey, about 20 minutes. Place each ramekin on a small plate with a teaspoon and serve, reminding children that ramekins and chocolate are hot.
@GingerHead Welcome!🥰 WOW! Just looking at that decadent chocolate goodness makes me yearn for some!😁 THANK you SO much for including the straightforward recipe, because I am certain I am not the only poster that would like to give this a go!🤗 Have you ever tried it using a loaf pan?

No, I've never made them in a loaf pan, just the 4 ramekins. Which is nice because you have 4 individual desserts.
I've also made the full batch of the 4 and only cooked 2 and put the other 2 (raw) in the refrigerator for cooking the next day. Just take them out ahead of time so they come close to room temp.
You gotta try them!

I love very dark chocolate. My favorite is candy...chocolate covered nuts or fruits. I am not a fan of soft center candy.
I am addicted to the cocao, not the sugar. I prefer to eat chocolate with at least 85% cocao or better.
I often make my own candy and other chocolate treats.

I love milk chocolate! I realize it's not good for me, but I've never cared for dark chocolate. One of my resolutions this year is to cut back on chocolate. I've done very well on that.
My favorite chocolate dessert would be chocolate fudge brownies or chocolate chip ice cream. Haven't had either in 2025.
My favorite chocolate candies are plain Hershey kisses, milk chocolate caramels, chocolate covered cherries, and peanut butter buckeyes. Again, none so far in 2025.
My favorite chocolate drink is a chocolate milk shake. Haven't had that either.
My husband brought me a chocolate donut with coconut sprinkles for Valentine's Day. Enjoyed that immensely. 😋
