@Goodie2shoes - I like the No Sugar choc mint cups as well. I regret trying the dark choc caramel pecan shellz because I could eat a whole box of them. 🫢

It is!

It's my go to "fancy" desert and my cheat casual desert because it both looks and tastes so fancy but is so simple to make with staple ingredients.

You gotta try it if you like chocolate, just make sure not to overcook because you want it gooey inside, like a thick fudgy sauce....oh my! haha

Never have been a big chocolate fan, but David's had a triple chocolate cheesecake that I ordered for the holidays from QVC during CIJ. It was excellent.

@WORKING GAL I just asked DH and he said he uses Betty Crocker Triple Fudge cake mix, 2 eggs and a can of extra cherry pie filling and a handful of chocolate chips.

Do not add any liquid and stir until you don't see any dry cake mix. Bake in a 9" x 12" pan at 350 for 40 minutes. It is so rich that we don't add any icing to it.

Chocohoto pots:

Servings: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
Butter for ramekins
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
2 large eggs
3/4 cup superfine or regular sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Directions
Place baking sheet in an oven preheated to 400°. Butter four 2/3-cup ramekins and set aside.

Using a microwave oven or double boiler, melt together the semisweet chocolate and the butter. Set aside to cool.

In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and flour. Add cooled chocolate mixture, and mix until blended.

Divide mixture evenly among ramekins and place on baking sheet. Bake until tops are shiny and cracked and chocolate beneath is hot and gooey, about 20 minutes. Place each ramekin on a small plate with a teaspoon and serve, reminding children that ramekins and chocolate are hot.
