Which Chocolate Dessert, Candy, Or Drink Is Your Favorite?🍫

I LOVE❤️ delectable, creamy Lindt's chocolate truffles during the holidays and moist German Chocolate Cake-YUM! I also enjoy a steaming hot cup of homemade hot chocolate with a bit of caramel drizzled in!😊

I am not a fan of powdered chocolate drinks unless I zoosh it up a bit!😁

@Desertdi I LOVE❤️ almost anything chocolate and think I would try this! I wonder what they use instead of flour to give it structure that works like flour...hmmm.🤔

THANK you SO much for caring to share!🤗

@SandySparkles

Nice to see you again!

I'm not really a mega fan of chocolate.   If I buy ice cream it would be vanilla bean every single time.

Having said that .....   I'd never turn down a piece of German Chocolate cake ... I love coconut.

Also, I recently discovered these little 5 ounce drinks in little plastic balls in the liquor department.  They are called BuzzBallz and the Choc Teaz flavor tastes like a chocolate martini.  Small, tasty and just enough.

@SandySparkles  Well, my current favorite is the Reeses dipped animal crackers.  And yep it's chocolate and peanut butter.  I buy a bag every time we go in Sam's club.  They are addictive.  I do not share them 😆.

And yes, I have to run an extra mile to keep them from causing me to gain a pound!  But it's my only sweet...I tend to stay away from too much of that.  I workout too hard and surely don't want to have to work any harder!  At 69 I still have a fast metabolism but I'm attributing that to genetics and the fact that the only time I'm still is when I eat and sleep!

@Tinkrbl44 Welcome and THANK you!😊Yay for German Chocolate cake!!! The coconut sweetens the pot, and is the reason I like an Almond joy candy bar on occasion.

The name BuzzBall had me cracking up!😂😂 I know a few people who would LOVE❤️ it!

@bmorechick I have not heard of the Reeses animal crackers but it sounds delicious!😋 Sweet, salty and crunchy; what is there not to like? I think I will try some at some point, so THANK you SO much for sharing this!🤗

I can certainly relate about watching the pounds! I gained six over the holidays because of all the sweets! I have lost two so far and hope to have the rest off by the first week of February!😁

Favorite decadent recipe to make, It's absolutely delicious and soooo simple and fast to make but looks and tastes so fancy.

We serve with vanilla ice cream. So simple I included the recipe....

Chocohoto pots:

Servings: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • Butter for ramekins
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup superfine or regular sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Directions
Place baking sheet in an oven preheated to 400°. Butter four 2/3-cup ramekins and set aside.

Using a microwave oven or double boiler, melt together the semisweet chocolate and the butter. Set aside to cool.

In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and flour. Add cooled chocolate mixture, and mix until blended.

Divide mixture evenly among ramekins and place on baking sheet. Bake until tops are shiny and cracked and chocolate beneath is hot and gooey, about 20 minutes. Place each ramekin on a small plate with a teaspoon and serve, reminding children that ramekins and chocolate are hot.
