I sprinkle it on my dogs food. They love it. I will not eat hot air popcorn without it! I have to get mine at health food store in bulk.

anyway--Poodle--no I haven't tried it in cheese sauce but now I'm very intrigued with that idea. I'll have to research it. The popcorn sounds good too.

Yes there is nutritional yeast in pill form---but this yeast is a powder like thing; it comes in large flakes and in finer, almost granulated form and can be found in the places suggested already.
