When I was a kid, my mom always gave me toast and ginger ale.
To this day I just have to get a whiff of ginger ale and I feel sick.
What do you eat when you're not feeling well?

Risotto cooked in chicken broth! Sometimes if I need some veggies, I add frozen peas to the end.

Potato soup is my comfort food. Or tea and toast. These are the things that my Mother would fix for me.

Chicken vegetable soup with noodles. It seems that I always feel soothed by it.

Eggs & herbal tea. Homemade chicken or turkey broth if I have some.

Pastina - my mother always made it for me when I was sick.

It depends. Are you feeling nausea? If you have post natal drip that can make you feel ill, but you can eat.
Need more information.
You definitely should drink Ginger Ale (preferably flat because often the bubbles will upset your stomach but the ginger will help you feel better).

My go-to is milk toast........two or three slices of buttered toast cut into 4's, put in a bowl and covered in hot milk......I know it might sound disgusting to some, but it always made me feel better.

I also like mashed potatoes when I'm sick.
