I am generally speaking pretty basic. I do switch the types of lettuce that I use though. I love cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, colored peppers, and sometimes a bit of hard boiled egg. I at times use some of those packets of crunchy salad toppings you can get. I like bethany frankel's skinny girl dressings which have good flavor and very few calories.
