I would not even consider mac & ch in the crockpot - and I am an avid crockpot person. It would definitely cook the macaroni to mush. I just make white sauce add some mustard and cheese til its melted and put it over half cooked macaroni in a cassarole and bake it 25 min.This is the recipe on a box of Muellers elbow macaroni.
