Good evening everyone. Cool fall day today and this morning was really chilly. Still in the process of decorating for holloween. Had mini pumpkin muffins for breakfast this morning. For lunch Anna gave me some tomato sauce she made from garden tomatoes so I cooked some angel hair pasta with grated cheese. And I have leftovers. For dinner I made us each a personal pizza. Pepperoni and mushrooms for me and for ria just mushrooms and olive oil with no tomato sauce on it and watermelon. So far this season I still haven't bought a watermelon that was really good. Have a great night everyone.

Got my AD of salmon yesterday, so I cooked up a couple ----have aways let them thaw before I cooked them, but last night they came in time for our dinner and were still nicely frozen so I seasoned them up and put them in my airfryer-- still frozen, adjusted the temp and time ---and OMGosh!!! Were they delicious!!! I usually grill that fish --and always have them turn out amazing--and I know how well the airfryer does with cooking frozen things---just never did the fish.

I have boneless pork loin chops thawing.  I'll season them with my homemade dry rub and grill them in my Ninja.  Brussels sprouts will be our veggie but I haven't decided if I'll roast or steam them.

Trout that SO caught, rice pilaf, and saving room for fresh pineapple. The fish was so mild!  Really good, with just butter and a little fish seasoning.

Warm weather has returned for a few days. But cooler temps are coming next week. I'll be planning some meals to welcome my favorite season in!

Tonight we are carrying in pizza and I made a tossed salad with lettuce, cukes, tomatoes and peppers. Everyone have a nice evening!

Tonight made beef stew with dumplings and a cucumber salad.

Here's what we are having this upcoming week:

Hot dogs, baked beans and saurkraut

BBQ chicken thighs and green beans

Beef stir fry

Turkey and sage meatloaf, mashed potatoes with turkey gravy and broccoli

Swordfish

Wednesday night DH eats at his jam so DD and I have pasta.  On Thursday DH teaches his graduate class into the early evening and we get take out. 

Next weekend we are going to the beach and are having dinner out at a new restaurant with my aunt and cousin who live there
