Just an FYI - the seeds will sort of gel on the outside, kind of like tapioca, but the inner part of the seed will stay firm.  They do get caught in your teeth.  If you prefer a smoother texture, you can run your seeds through a spice grinder first.

I have a couple of wonky ends from salmon filets, so I think I'll disguise them and make a caesar salad with salmon.

 

Everyone always suggests that salads are a quick, easy meal, but I find them to be a tedious task.

Smothered chicken breasts topped with bacon, carmelized onions, and shredded cheese. Mashed potatoes and buttermilk biscuits.

Roasted chicken breast with fresh herbs, corn on the cob, onion & cuke salad. Home made raspberry sorbet made using fresh local raspberries for dessert.

Halibut fish and chips. Fresh local raspberries over home made pound cake (from neighbor) w/ Amaretto flavored whipped cream. I've hidden the pound cake in the garage fridge so I don't eat it all before dinner. Smiley Happy

DH caught 3 Chinook Salmon & 2 Coho Salmon so it's
fish for sure! Now how to prepare it?? To my recipe files now
