Leftover pizza and making a big garden salad. Grapes and strawberries if we want something sweet later. We like a little extra creamy cool whip with the berries.

I need to plan something for 4th of July. Not sure yet.

This heat & humidity is crazy! Everyone here is posting such yummy meals. I made a huge green salad & will top with sliced grilled steak. Have a great fruit salad in the fridge, grapes, blueberries , chopped strawberries & watermelon. I love summer fruit & also had some of this over cottage cheese for breakfast.

Tonight we had burgers on the grill,(DH does the grilling) potato salad and green beans.

I made BBQ pork spare ribs, green beans and airfryer parm potatoes and a salad. I have leftover chocolate cake from a few days ago.

It was raining heavy most of the day and the temp actually got chilly. We have had so much rain in May, June and now July 1, that's it concerning. At least we where no where near the 100 degree level like a few days ago.

Another hot week , we did have rain and thunderstorms but afterwards it’s like a sauna even now as late as it is
It’s thundering in the distance now
This afternoon I had errands to run and didn’t get home until late
Tonight we had a quick supper of baked boneless pork chops sandwiches and potato pancakes using leftover mashed potatoes

Good morning everyone. Still hot and humid but the 4th of July will be in the 80s with low humidity. Yestauday for lunch I had leftover broccoli rabe sandwich with American cheese, for dinner chicken salad wraps with French fries and nothing else. I just had watermelon that I had cut up.this morning getting a bjs wholesale club delivery. Have a great day everyone.

The weather is getting better here. The humidity is higher in the mornings and evenings but takes a nice dip mid day. That seems to be the pattern for the immediate future.

Yesterday we had a guy here to take measurements for a new front door and storm door. They’re sending a quote today. He said they’re scheduling about three weeks out but that’s ok. We want it done soon but it's not urgent.

The other day, at Costco, there was a lady passing out Kirkland beef hotdog samples. I think those hotdogs are delicious. After I ate my sample I wanted a whole one. I had a couple in the freezer so that’s lunch today, along with the last of the broccoli salad. I’ll have a zero sugar yogurt too.

Shrimp with angel hair, garden salads for tonight. Supposed to have beautiful weather here through Sunday. 82-88 but at least not in the 90's. Happy for good weather for the 4th!
