Good morning everyone. Yestauday I had leftovers for lunch and dinner and I cut up strawberries and added black berries and added water and sugar and we had some of it after dinner last night. Had no bake peanut butter cookies for breakfast, leftover chicken tenders for lunch and tonight I will cook chicken tenders and French fries. Weather's been great this week so I got outside a couple days this week .next week heat and humidity is coming back. Have a great day everyone.

We will have lived in our current home for 12 years this September.  Before moving in we had a lot of remodeling done.  One reason is that my dad was moving in with us and we finished the basement into an apartment for him.  Another reason was that the entire house was decorated in sea foam green and orange.  A third reason was that the previous owner's dog had ruined the hardwood floors.  Part of the remodel was moving the appliances in the kitchen to the basement for my dad and getting all new appliances for the upstairs kitchen.  I mention this because our fridge died the other day.  This is the third appliance we have had to replace.  First it was the microwave, then the dishwasher now the fridge.  It amazes me what short a life span current appliances have now days.  I have a fridge in my garage from our last house that we have had for 28 years- no problems!

Anyway,  the new fridge was delivered this morning so this afternoon I am picking up a grocery order from Wegmans.  Just a few things as DH and I are going to the beach for a week starting on Sunday and DD will be joining us for part of the week.  

Tonight we are having rotini pasta with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and basil and tomorrow we are grilling burgers.

Tonight we are having pizza with sausage and pepperoni. Tomato, cucumber and red onion salad. Watermelon for later. Have a great day everyone.

Steak salads for us tonight.  More watermelon, it's been delicious.  I may make some garlic bread with the salads.  Heat returning next 7 days.

Good morning everyone. Ninjawife we bought a new refrigerator by whirlpool like 6 months ago and we had if fixed after a couple months because its a frost free but freezer was building up frost and fridge was getting water in it. So now I'm noticing freezer is getting frost building up again. I'm like a brand new refrigerator and already the second time we need to call for repair. Weather has been beautiful with no humidity for 10 days but starting Sunday we will be having another heat wave with high humidity and temps in the 90s but at least we got a ten day break from it. Yestauday mini muffins for breakfast and my mil made pasta and beans for her and I for lunch. She sent be up here a good size bowl of it and there's enough for one more time. Last .night I made breaded chicken tenders and potato puffs.I got chicken tenders from bjs really good and there are Hugh. Finished the berries after dinner last night. Have a great weekend everyone.

Tonight we are getting takeout. Beef with broccoli, and egg rolls. Cantalope later. Going to be in the 90's and humid here today. Have a great day all.

Happy Saturday!

Breakfast was toast and sunnyside up eggs and lunch was tuna fish in a pita pocket with provolone and romaine. Also did a side romaine olive oil and red wine vinegar salad.  Not sure what dinner will look like yet.

We ate at Red Robin tonight.  Love a good burger.  I did get broccoli as my side.  We had sherbet when we got home.
