Taco salads. I will chop up crispy, cold iceberg as the bed for taco meat & choice of toppings: shredded cheese, chopped tomato, onions, peppers, Frito corn chips, sour cream & salsa or taco sauce.  For dessert watermelon, blueberry & strawberry fruit salad & pound cake.

Please everyone if you are in this miserable heat stay cool, hydrate & keep watch on pets, older folks who are shut in & children. Praying for a cool front to get here!

Wishing you a good recovery hope your back to yourself. Its never fun to Be unable to do your normal stuff. Good evening everyone.was  As I think I told you guys my wife Maria got a new job 6 weeks ago and she loves it. Last Friday on were way back to work in the afternoon she got into a car accident and the car is totalled. Maria is ok.just soar and achy.the woman making a turn and she crossed into oncoming traffic right in front of Maria and Maria hit her.the lady went up to Ria and said are you OK. I never saw you. So fortunately there was a witness that gave a statement. So Ria was cleared and the woman was 100 percent at fault. This week I made chicken and waffles 

and  Supreme taco crunch wraps.and Yestauday I made a rhubarb and peach pie.all came really good. Hope you all have a great rest of the week.
