It's dry but COLD here today. -10 with the windchill. 🥶 I had considered running to Aldi for a few things but decided I'd wait until Wednesday when DH and I have to be out again anyway.  

It's fasting Monday for me.  DH will have a repeat of yesterday's "pick what you want" personal charcuterie plate.

The chimney sweep comes this afternoon.

We went to Longhorn this afternoon.  He had a ribeye, asparagus and a baked potatoes, and I had spicy chicken bites and a side salad.  It was very good, and not crowded at all at 330.

Broiled some burgers ... way too cold for DH to grill. Topped them with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. Oven fries alongside.

Another bitter cold night with below zero temps. Please hurry up Spring!

Good morning everyone. A bitterly cold morning with ones around 40 to 50 miles and hour.I didn't put trash out yestauday I waited until this morning around 5 am. I didnt want recycle stuff blowing every where. Yestauday I made Chinese chowmain with mushrooms and celery served with Chinese crunchy noodles and I have chicken on the stove now for chicken salad for dinner with smiley face French fries and I made mozzarella and pepperoni bread. And clemintines with last nights dinner and a peice of bread and butter after dinner. I had a few prune filled cookies with hot coffee this morning. Have at  great  day everyone an I'm dying for spring. Like the rest of you are. I'm already thinking of what to plant in the garden.

Yep, it's a cold one here, too, @Pooky1.  

I have chicken breast tenders thawing.  I'll grill them and we'll have grilled chicken salad for lunch.  DH has a hygienist appointment this afternoon.  He said he'd rather do our Aldi trip afterwards than try to do both Aldi and Costco tomorrow.

I made a roast with carrots, onions and potatoes in the crockpot today.  
Bitterly cold here again today and they are calling for more snow tomorrow.  I'm just over this.  It's going on three weeks since I've seen the kids and grand babies and it's been so hard.  Between the little ones and the kids being sick and DH has been sick as well.  It seems I'm constantly bleach cleaning to attempt to get rid of germs.  Most of my friends are going thru the same sickness and viruses.   Hurry up spring!

@2sisters I understand about not seeing your family due to sickness with us having the flu it’s been two weeks since we’ve seen our family , I did see my daughter and youngest grandson today it was so good to see them
We are slowly feeling better it’s just so hard to get over the weakness
I’m sooooo ready for spring
Hopefully it’ll warm up soon for everyone dealing with the cold and snow
Nothing sounds good or taste good since we’ve had the flu I picked up pizza it was so good I think it was the best pizza I’ve ate in years

@RedTop We had Pozole today and it was good but pretty hot!  The poblanos we used were spicier!  But it was so good!
