Beer battered halibut and fresh cut french fries for spouse - simple chef salad for me.

Posting my menu plan each day has led me to the conclusion that I HAVE been operating a restaurant. My spouse and I probably only eat the same thing for dinner 2-3 times a week. I don't think I realized how picky of an eater I've become until after my gallbladder removal, when I really diverged what I eat vs the spouse.

I had a checkup with the cardiologist this morning that went so well.  I had an in office EKG. My BP was fantastic for someone my age.  He said the EKG results were beautiful, labs I had done earlier were beautiful, heart sounds great, and we're going to proceed with weaning me off my low dose BP medication.  I just got back home a little while ago and lunch is being made as I type.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Fresh Green Beans, steamed

Chia Pudding w/Fresh Strawberries
