@JeanLouiseFinch

Nice check up results. You must be very pleased.

I hope my own results will be as good when I go in for my checkup in July.

I am, @kate2357 , and thank you.  It's another affirmation that changing my way of eating and committing to a new lifestyle works.  I hope you have a good appointment too.

[ Edited ]

Lunch company again today.  I'm making:

Homemade Pizza (using a crust mix from Keto & Co.)

Tossed Salad

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bites (fat bombs) for dessert

ETA - Change of plans.  Baby under the weather so they're staying home. I'll save the pizza until the next time they come.  DH and I will have:

Caesar Salad w/Grilled Chicken

Dreary wet and cool weather ... I'm making a pot of black bean chili w/ chicken and cornbread muffins. Should be good for two days.

So guilty admission here .... when my husband wants hot dogs and we aren't having the kids over, I tell him to go buy one at COSTCO so we don't have leftover buns and weiners. LOL. I may eat one hot dog in a year, usually at a baseball game. Smiley Happy

We're babysitting all 5 of our grandbabies this evening for a few hours. I've been issued a request ... pizza and banana splits. So that's what's cooking this last day of April at my house. Smiley Happy
