Re: Whats cooking for this month of july?

Supper was a variety of leftovers and some gaterade for me.  In the morning I have my endoscopy of my stomach so I could only have  liquids.  I had yogurt for lunch.  Hopefully I will get answers for the weight loss and stomach issues..Of course because I can't eat all of everyone's meals sound good and makes me hungry 😊

@ninjawife I sure hope you are feeling better.
@Shihtzursqmon is Frito salad like a taco salad?

We are suppose to get storms tomorrow afternoon.  Going outside is like a oven.  Have a good evening everyone!

@2sisters  Sending best wishes for your endoscopy tomorrow.  I hope it will provide you and the doctor answers to your issues and get you treatment to heal.  Yikes, this heat is something else.  Heat index here is 98° feels like temp.  Fall will be very welcome here!  Take care 🌺 💓

Curious where others are located? Mid west, south? Here in Seattle area we have had a hot summer, but nothing like many of you! We do complain when its over 90, which we are heading to next few days.

@2sisters good luck with your scope.  I may be heading for both types! Appt with Gastro Monday...

@Fifi1   Pittsburgh suburbs, and last week, I know we were near 20 days over 90, and it's been close or over 90 most days since.  We typically get maybe 5 -7 days over 90 per year, and we have August and September to go!  I did google, our highest year over 90 was 38 days in 1988.  I bet we get close this year if August is normal.  I'm ready for fall crisp air.  I do like summer, but fall is still my favorite season!  Really rainy April, and not much rain since.  Hot, humid and miserable heat.

So terrible and hard to see all the terrible wildfires we have seen in New Mexico, California and now Colorado, so we are still so very blessed here.

@lynnie61

Been to Philly twice but never Pittsburgh - both times in summer and soooo hot and humid! Lots of history so appreciated the tours but hot!

I too love fall! Not looking forward to over 90 next few days!
