Found some candy in the freezer from Hallowe'en. Needless to say I ransacked that bag and inhaled it. Shame perhaps but it sure was good. Also had some veggies for dinner. See - I CAN eat good also.

 

Weather has been super nice the past few days. Looks like it may stay that way a day or two longer - hope so. Winds have picked up at night time which is not good but at least I do not have to go out in them.

 

Do have a MD appointment today - do not like those things much any more - so different and you spend so much time sitting and waiting. Not good for we old and feeble ones. LOL

 

Hope all have a great day. And of course, eat well.

I guess February is closing down on us. This is always a fast month. LOL.

 

Nothing exciting to write about so will just wish everyone a great evening and super tomorrow.

 

I do eat well however although it is limited in what I cook these days.
