$4.99 for an avocado??? Holy Moly!! But lemons and limes were out-of-sight yesterday - lemon 89 cents, limes 75 cents each! I passed - don't need them that much!!! And what's this with bacon??? Good thing I don't buy pork bacon - because of a heart condition, I stick to turkey bacon. I know - it's an acquired taste, not the same!! But ButterBall makes a decent crispy one.

4.99 for avocados!!! They are grown here in so cal., Temecula and Fallbrook by San Diego. They are 1.00 for reg or 1.50 for lg. Non sale price. Gonnab: I like the holy guaca mole pun.

Probably because it is a holiday, our market had Minute Maid lemonade (and other flavors) for just $.99 a carton. Also bought brats and hamburgers and some deli salads for a cookout later today.
