What temperature do I heat a frozen quiche?

I'm hoping somebody can help. I made a cooked quiche about two months ago and froze one of them. I thought it would be great for dinner tonight, but alas, I don't know what temperature to heat it at. It is already thoroughly cooked. Any ideas?
