What's the one simple kitchen item you just can't do without?

I don't mean the fridge or stove or dishwasher! I mean some simple little thing that makes your life so much easier in the kitchen.

Mine are the Reynolds slow cooker liners. I just threw some veggies and a chuck roast into the crock pot, and in about 6 hrs we'll have a delicious dinner and I won't have a dirty and heavy crock pot to clean. I love those things!

I'm also pretty crazy about the Reynolds pre-cut pop up foil sheets I got at the Dollar Store yesterday. They're the perfect size to line the broiler pan and cookie sheets for easy clean up and for wrapping garlic bread, etc for baking.

What are your simple kitchen must haves?
