First of all let me say I love these honeybells! But, something seems to be seriously wrong with the deliveries at least this year. I had an auto-delivery from last years TSV that was supposed to ship 1/2/14. I also ordered this years TSV to ship this week figuring that we would eat the first box the first week of January and then have a new box this week.
Well, the first box has never shipped. The second box that was due to ship this week hasn't either. We contacted customer service and managed to get the first box cancelled which was now three weeks overdue. Still no word on the shipping of the box due this week. Last year some of the fruit we received was rotten with mold on it. Customer service gave me a partial refund, but still it was a disappointment. My daughter received rotten fruit as well. As much as I love honeybells this may be my last year, Shoot me if I get sucked in by the sales pitch again next year lol

Mine arrived by UPS Tues. no problem I live in Tx. Taste great !

We ordered directly from Cushman's. Received on time and with excellent tracking. No bad fruit in the box!
