@qualitygal   I buy them on Amazon. They are low carb/keto and we buy all their flavors...chocolate/chocolate chip, chocolate chip, lemon & peanut butter. When we get them I put them in the freezer and pull out a pk when we have them after dinner.

A bit on the expensive side, but delicious and work perfectly for our lifestyle. DH and I will share a pk of 2 cookies (1 serving is 1 cookie) for a dessert a few times a month. Sometimes I'll make home-made keto desserts or when I don't have time we'll have sugar free jello with whipped cream.

DH is cooking!! YAY!  He's a pretty good cook, and is finally getting well enough to go bang around in the kitchen.  He's making some kind of pork rib roast and baked sweet potatoes.  Don't really care what he makes as long as I don't have to cook!

you're lucky that your husband is a good cook.....my husband doesn't even know how to make Minute Rice!!!

Leftover ribeye steak from Sat night. We will have leftover bbq baby back ribs from Sun on Tues night.

I like leftovers from the weekend so we are not in the kitchen cooking daily.

Making Sunday dinner tonight. Too full from yesterday's lunch. Cold, raw, drizzly weather today.

Making Roast Beef & gravy, mashed potatoes & broccoli. There will be plenty of meat & potatoes left over for additional meals.
