Since we will be leaving for Florida in 3 weeks I am making an effort to use up everything in the freezer , then I will buy what we need daily. I am thinking pork chops tomorrow.

Pork chops cooked in 2 T olive oil & 2 T butter, yukon gold potatoes, parsley, butter, salt & pepper, snow peas. It was delicious.
