I thawed out pork tenderloin, so I have that with roast potatoes and a salad.

Baked acorn squash, brussel sprouts, and either left over chicken, tuna salad or a fruit smoothie, and fruit either fresh or in the smoothie.
An apple a day is a rule here in the winter! And we have 2 quarts of fresh home-made yogurt that is SOOOOO good!

DH is cooking!! YAY! He's a pretty good cook, and is finally getting well enough to go bang around in the kitchen. He's making some kind of pork rib roast and baked sweet potatoes. Don't really care what he makes as long as I don't have to cook!
