Good morning everyone and thank you house cat I totally forgot. I just remembered it now and I went on qvc yesterday to view my bill.this is another week of clouds and sometimes rain. Monday I made Swedish meatballs gravy and noodles. I started it a little late so making it I felt rushed so needless to say when I done the kitchen looked like a bomb went off. When ria comes home a messy kitchen it doesn't bother her at all. And Tuesday I made sweet potato mashed potatoes, pork and broccoli. Everything was very good. Have a great week.

It's a windy, chilly morning here.  We're still under the flood watch but snow flurries were also added to the forecast, starting in about 30 mins. and lasting for a couple of hours before changing to rain for the rest of the day.  I got out before any of that nonsense happened.  I'm having my coffee now and will head to the shower.  I have a massage at 11:15AM. I was supposed to go last week but my guy had to change the appointment.

When I get home, lunch will be a warmed up leftovers again - baked ham, the last of the spinach, cheese, and egg casserole.  I like topping my egg casserole with all kinds of stuff - salsa, pico, guac, sour cream, black olives.  There's a little of the egg mixture left from yesterday's French toast so I'll make some more French toast for DH.  I'll probably have one of those tortilla, cream cheese, and berry things.  This afternoon I'll catch up on laundry.

Bought a chuck roast so am making a crockpot beef stew with potatoes, carrots, and peas. Will also bake some chocolate muffins.

Gotta drop off my car for servicing this evening, so we're having a quick dinner of ham and swiss panini, with a side of leftover home fries.

The weather has turned cold here, getting colder the next few days, but all the storms have missed us.

Baked salmon with lemon and butter. Brown rice and sliced almonds. Steamed green beans. Strawberries and angel food cake with a dab of whipped cream.

Cold, rainy here but luckily no snow! Not sure what to cook for the next few days?!

We had pork marsala, mashed potatoes and broccoli for dinner. I made a yummy apple crisp and topped it with ice cream.

Tonight I'm making a new recipe, garlic chicken. It looks pretty easy.  I'll let you know tomorrow how it turned out.

On Tuesday we washed all the screens for our back porch, washed all the furniture and got excited about spring.  Today it's winter again.  Brrrrrr......
