Tonight we are having baked fish, roasted Brussels sprouts and some rice.  I made a blueberry banana bread.  It's coming out of the oven shortly.  

@ninjawife   Sounds like you trip was good.  Sorry for a few clunkers!

Right now I’m waiting at the car dealership for oil change and tire rotation
Tonight we are having pork chops, baked sweet potatoes and not sure what else

Tonight I am having salmon with pesto, rice and green beans. DH is having salmon with teryaki sauce, rice noodles and green beans. I have no idea what DD is having.  She does have a piece of salmon in the fridge but I don't how she is going to cook it and I don't know what she is eating with it.

We are having a similar dinner tonight as @RedTop

DH said he had a "hankering" for a chili dog and onion rings. Simple enough as I have some chili in the freezer. I will probably make a taco salad using the chili.

I made baked pork chops, roasted asparagus.  I had a box of stovetop stuffing in the pantry and made for DH.  I also made some brownies and wanted vanilla bean ice cream with them but after I ate supper I got nauseous so maybe tomorrow. 

We did have 100 percent totality yesterday  for the eclipse so that was an experience to see!

We got to experience 100% totality with the 2017 eclipse that went thru Oregon. It was also very near my birthday, so I just naturally assumed the universe was celebrating my 60th birthday by providing me a wonderful experience.

Last week I ordered some new exercise pants from Old Navy - shorts, cropped, and a pair of long fleece sweatpants since mornings are still chilly. I tried a pair of the crops yesterday and didn't like them at all. They were supposed to hit mid calf, instead they went up to my knee. They didn't have much stretch either and the bottom band was tight.  I'm not even going to bother with the shorts, they'll probably ride up too. I'm sending them all back. I wore the fleece sweats this morning and they were very comfortable so I'll keep them.  

DH is on his own today. I'm meeting girlfriends for lunch at our usual spot.

Tonight DH is grilling hamburgers.  We are also tackling the plethora of frozen potatoes we have in the freezer and will have either rosemary FF or tater tot crowns.

Good evening everyone. Sunny part of today but cloudy but its been nice out.I have got outside with the dog and got some yard work done. I started planting veggie seeds and a whole flat of zinnias last Thursday and Friday. I read its good to put trays on top of the refrigerator so it keeps soil warm. Its working by the third day zinnias were all starting to come up and today I noticed a lot of veggies are coming up not all of them yet.Monday I was making chicken pot pie soup but I started late and ria  was going to be coming home early so I told her to order Mexican food so she wouldn't get home and have to wait over an hour for dinner. She said she didn't mind but I did.so we both love Mexican food. So I made soup yestauday and leftover Mexican tonight so I didn't have to cook a  meal.have a great night everyone.
