Re: What's cooking in your kitchen this simmering September?

Evening, have had problems trying to post all day, I'll try again

Leftover beef/veggie soup from the freezer w/cornbread, sure was good

Cool Fall weather here but like Soushi love it, good sleeping weather

Out to lunch tomorrow so don't know what the menu will be for supper, do have some must-gos in the fridge so probably that.

Hope all are well

take care

Re: What's cooking in your kitchen this simmering September?

Fixed spaghetti, garlic toast AND salad - nothing better and real easy to fix.

Went to the school to talk to the Asst. Principal and Davey's counselor - He was really obnoxious but loved it as the asst principal could speak his ghetto language better than he thought he could. He thinks he is a real tough ghetto jerk. LOL. Anyway, by the end of the meeting he had simmered down and actually said "_yes, I need some help " - that was a big step. Course when I picked him up from school he was super nasty, slamming his seat belt up against the window, etc and I told him very nice, to watch it or he will be walking to and from school. That is not even a nice thought. Some kids do as they have no other way to get there as we have no school buses any more and there are no city buses - never have been. We shall see but am hoping!!

Another very hot day - also another very cool morning - sweater was needed.

Am thrilled as my water bill was low - only went into the second tier. Have been cutting back per their orders and my bill actually is not what it usually is this time of year when I was doing regular watering.

Soushi, seems to me you stay busy.

Fate whispers to her, "You cannot withstand the storm." She whispers back, "I am the storm."
