Completed shopping list for next weeks menu Mon. thru Fri.

Chuck roast au gratin, cucumber salad, carrot cake

Tater-tot casserole, apple torte

Pepper steak, rice, corn souffle, caramel bars

Beef stroganoff, noodles, apple cole slaw, peanut butter bars

Pizza burgers, fruit salad, brownies.

Trucker daughter is home, so we are having roast beef and gravy with potatoes and carrots, corn on the cob, slaw, and homemade rolls.

Country style ribs in crockpot now. Sides will be baked beans, coleslaw & corn muffins. Pre-meal snacks ranch dip with pulled from the garden, before the rain came, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers. For dessert we will have root beer floats & wafer cookies.

Looking forward to a big colorful salad and a few slices of pizza (just the toppings, no crust) tonight. We've been on the go all weekend, just stopped for a few groceries, and will be home in about 20 mins.  I like going away, but I also like getting back home and relaxing.

Sirloin steak

Sautéed mushrooms 

Oven roasted broccoli
