@RetRN--------I love the fact that you always have a "normal" menu and most often have desert. My kind of eating (without the salmon!!!)

Love Redtop menu planning also, I could go to her house any day for dinner.

Very little until my oven is repaired. Yes, I'm thankful for the small appliances I can use in the meantime, but I really miss my oven!

Re: What's cooking in this month of August?

[ Edited ]

We're traveling today so I decided to have breakfast this morning, before we left, and I won't eat again until dinnertime.

I had:

Keto waffles w/grass fed butter and keto maple syrup

Fried eggs

Berries

Chia seed pudding

We're eating dinner out tonight.

I'm planning to have:

Tossed salad w/bleu cheese dressing

8 oz prime rib w/horseradish cream on the side

Either broccoli or asparagus

ETA - reporting back to say dinner was delicious.  My prime rib was done to perfection.  I didn't leave a single morsel on the plate.
